Vacation Home Rental Terms & Conditions
Duration of Holiday
The number of nights is as stated on our confirmation, related to your reservation of nights accommodation.
The rented premises cannot be entered before 4:00 pm on arrival date stated (check-in) and must be cleared before 11:00 am on departure date (check-out) stated on the contract.
Security Deposit
All reservations require a security deposit of US$ 300 per stay. The deposit can only be collected by our offices on arrival. Customer will be asked to sign a Credit Card slip. This will not be taken off Credit Card Holders' account, unless damage to the property has been reported to our knowledge.
If the customer is not a credit card holder, we only accept a cash deposit at our offices, and this will be refunded within 30 days of departure after inspection of the rented unit(s).
If customer arrives after business opening hours, he is to contact our offices the next business day and to fulfill his security deposit obligations.
Reservations and Payment
Tour operators and Travel agents: Online reservations are made in your own name. A following fax will clear out the details of the customer. A confirmation from our part will determine payment conditions.
A reservation will only be confirmed, when the 20% deposit on total amount of rental is transferred to and received by Sunrise Villa. So it is clear to the customer, that there is no reservation made as long as a deposit has not been paid and the reservation is not being confirmed by Sunrise Villa.
There is no deposit refund for cancellations by customer. Cancellations are accepted only in writing.
All arrivals must be fully prepaid (or guaranteed by Credit Card) at least 21 days prior to the first date of occupancy. If not, related reservation will be annulled. Customer will need a written confirmation from Sunrise Villa to acknowledge his reservation in case of late payment. Keys will never be released if there is an unpaid balance on the booking.
Sunrise Villa reserves the right to change any reservation of a home, for reasons of non-availability to our services. The renter will be informed, if possible, of these changes and given reason for the specific change.
Internet Access
A wireless broadband internet router serves the property, but it is the responsibility of the renter to bring a computer with proper Wifi capability and manage logging onto the network.
Extra costs
Local taxes are never included in US rates as taxes differ from one house to another. Taxes will automatically be added in the statement. Pre-arrival clean is included in our rates for a stay of at least 5 days. Pre-arrival cleaning will be added, according to the type of accommodation for stays of 4 days or shorter. No further cleaning will be charged, unless the accommodation has been left in an extreme condition.
Customer will only be charged for extras if he/she explicitly demands for the option(s).
Options are:
Pool heating: US$ 20 per day (with minimum of 4 days) or US$ 120 per week
Crib: US$ 30 per week
High Chair: US$ 30 per week
Rollaway bed: US$ 30 per week
Maid Service is possible: prices on demand
Customer is responsible for all damages caused to the rented premises or/and its contents.
By renting this vacation home, customer acknowledges and agrees to all our
terms and conditions.
